A safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is a critical component of the U.S. strategy to reduce COVID-19-related illnesses, hospitalizations, and deaths. The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) is coordinating with state and local partners to ensure a safe and orderly plan for distribution, particularly for vulnerable and at-risk populations.

St. Mary’s County residents age 65 and older: Click a link from the registration options listed below under the Vaccine Registration heading to register. For telephone assistance with registering, seniors may call the St. Mary’s County Department of Aging & Human Services at: (301) 475-4200, ext. 1049. Due to call volumes, you may need to leave a message and wait for a return call. **Please do not call The Hollywood Fire Department for questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine or how to register.**

Eligible categories by occupation: If your business or organization falls within the eligible phases/groups, please have one point of contact (POC) for your organization complete the survey below to verify eligibility. Eligible occupational groups for Phase 1A or Phase 1B can use the clinic registration links to make vaccine appointments for their eligible workforce. Work identification (work ID or organizational letter verifying employment) will be required at the vaccine clinic. Eligible workforce has to either live in St. Mary’s County or work in St. Mary’s County. The surveys below are not for residents age 65 and older.
