Mechanicsville Volunteer Rescue Squad Member Ryan Myers experienced an Aortic Dissection and required two hospitalizations, where he received many units of blood and platelets. We are thankful the blood was in supply for Ryan to receive, and in Ryan's honor are holding this blood drive to express our thanks and thankfulness to the American Red Cross and add to their blood supply. Come out and show your support for our brother in both the Mechanicsville Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department.
